Sopa announces an open call for our 8th annual juried exhibition, the "Under 8" Event. Beginning April 4th 2013 the gallery will be exhibiting original art works priced under eight hundred dollars for this exciting 10 day show.

The goal of this event is two fold: to promote the value of original art to the public by making it affordable; and to promote the exceptional work of many local emerging artists, as well as discovering new art from selected international & established artists. All mediums, any size will be considered for the show. All work must be priced retail at or below $800.00. Artists will Receive 50% of the retail price.

To be considered for this event please submit three jpgs of your work to sopafinearts@shaw.ca no later than March 10th, 2013. Please include sizes and medium in your jpgs, as well if the work is framed etc. You will be notified if your work is accepted.

This show runs from April 4th - April 14th 2013.

This call is international, open to all geographical locations.
