OPENING RECEPTION: THURSDAY, JULY 7th 7-9pm Sopa Fine Arts is thrilled to celebrate originality this month. We’ve set a lively tone for our summer show with Caper, Jest, Revel & Stomp. This exhibition features two of our gallery favourites, as well as introducing a new artist, Judy Campbell to our collectors. Campbell’s linear abstractions feel reminiscent of vintage, wooden board games, blending planes of color with a careful, painterly touch. Her work should read beautifully with Gustlin's signature figurative style -- a perfect harmony of dancer-like representation and abstraction, under a luscious, glossy surface. To top things off, Stern's cheeky and collectable, clay figures will add an extra layer of humour and dimension, showing just how cool it is when we don't take ourselves too seriously. The rules for Caper, Jest, Revel & Stomp are easy... just enjoy!
